The ultimate English Touring Bed and Breakfast and Gite
Come and spend some time in our lovely bed and breakfast. The house is situated near a small village called La Brulatte, 15 minutes from Laval, 40 minutes from Rennes; Paris is 2 hours and an hour to Le Mans. Ferry ports are St Malo 74 miles and Cherbourg 130 miles. Very easy to find and a good starting point for the day's trip. Easy to explore all that the Mayenne, Normandy and Brittany can offer. Like the Normandy landings, Mont St Michel or the rugged pink granite coast of northern Brittany, using either country lanes, national roads or the fast motorways. What about a day or two in the fast lane of Le Mans or shopping in Paris, the train station is only 3 miles away at Port Brillet.
We have 4 double/twin rooms, 1 Triple bed room, 2 family room and more beds and cots if required. We like to think ourselves as a good base for touring holidays, We are very biker friendly. We have enough space for fifteen bikes under cover, garage for repairs with bike ramp and a drying room for wet clothes. Large indoor heated swimming pool, 36' x 18' and nearly 10' deep. Heated to a constant 28°c, which is wonderful to dive into after an enjoyable ride or drive.
B&B prices start at £40 per room with 2 sharing which includes Continental breakfast, or start your day with a Full English breakfast for £6 extra. Special prices for groups, with Gite prices starting at £1500 per week - that's as little as £12 per night per guest.

We have a small family run campsite which is registered with the French Tourist Board and is equipped for persons with physical disabilities and young children. It is a safe, flat site with 25 pitches, and assistance is on hand 24/7. The sanitary block has been converted from an old barn and has ramps, adapted showers/toilets and washing sinks. A tent can be pitched beforehand by prior arrangement for older or disabled guests; also, a porta potty is available for those who can't manage the toilet block during the night. This non-profit Italian association (located in Trentino) aims to make sport possible for anyone with physical, cognitive or developmental disabilities. SportABILI organizes during summer, sport activities such as horse-back riding, wheelchair tennis, rock-climbing, hand biking and mountain trips. Thanks to some electronic wheelchairs “Supertrans”, people can reach the mountain huts otherwise unreachable because of the uneven ground. During winter SportABILI offers alpine and Nordic ski courses. Both courses are held by our instructors, helped by volunteers, and by ski teachers skilled in teaching disabled people. The association owns aids for any kind of disability: mono-ski, bi-ski, dual-ski, outriggers for amputees. It offers also a guide service for the blind.
