Mortons House Hotel, Dorset
"Owning a grade 2* listed building is problematic enough, but converting it to conform to the DDA and building extra accessible accommodation was made wholly more simple because of the input and advice from Brian Seaman at Tourism for All. Overcoming the pitfalls of converting an Elizabethan manor into an accessible hotel was only possible with the help of Tourism for All.
I cannot thank Brian and Tourism for All enough for all their help and advice - the whole accessible issue was made easy with their guidance and support.
Put simply, we could never have done it, or done it so well without you."
Redlands, Somerset
"We have found the service provided by Brian Seaman to be excellent over the past five years. He is most thorough in his assessments of facilities and helpful in pointing out ways to make improvements based on his wide experience without being proscriptive. Overall he has been a help and inspiration for us improving our rating over time."
Fairbank Hotel, Crantock
"Thank you very much for the detailed photos and suggestions you sent us. We found your visit both useful and interesting and you have given us some good advice which we will endeavour to follow. Most of the changes will be made during our up-grade work planned for November.
As a matter of interest, the day after your visit we had a family of three arrive, who had contacted me on several occasions about their dietary requirements – specifically vegan, and requested a first floor room but gave no reason for this. The lady arrived in a wheelchair and had her husband and daughter aid her into the hotel and up to the room. We had, luckily put the couple in our new room which has the grab rail in the shower. We provided an armchair at the table and raised chair in the sitting room, but it definitely highlighted many of the issues you had brought to our attention."
Honey Business Support Programmes in Cornwall
"Tourism for All, through Brian Seaman, have been involved in both Honey programmes through delivering workshops and visits to individual businesses to assist them in developing their Disability policies.
Brian has delivered consistently high quality information that is both easy to follow and understand whilst at the same time being pragmatic and realistic for each business – large or small.
A great professional who delivers quality results in a customer friendly manner without losing the effectiveness of the message."
