Tim has worked in the tourism business for many years at senior executive level and for the last nine years in the voluntary sector. He has a passion for quaility service at all levels in the hospitality industry and in particular recognises the need for the industry to maximise the business opportunities through a better understanding of the needs of all customers - both exisiting and potential.
Tim is involved in a number of organisations and bodies in the tourism field and is currently chair of the Accessible Tourism Stakeholders Forum at the DCMS.
