TFA Training Courses

Here's what to expect:

You will be taken through 2 training programmes (or more if you wish) - the 'First Contact with Disabled Customers' and then a job specific course, at the end of which a test is completed online.  If you achieve at least 70% accuracy, a certificate will be presented in the name of Tourism for All, and where it applies, your Company.

We want you to enjoy using these courses. passing the test, and making many more happy customers!

In general the courses will take about 40 minutes, but you may like to take your time and revisit, or keep the login details handy to use the information as a ready reference. 

Courses currently available:

A    First contact with disabled customers

             Note – this course has to be taken with one or more of the courses in Section B


B    Job specific courses:

  • Guest service staff

                    Restaurant, Lounge and Bar staff, Cleaning and Bedroom staff

  • Hotel Receptionist
  • Hotel Porter, Doorman and Concierge
  • Amusement, Themed Parks and Attractions staff
  • Front of house reception and tele bookings or enquiries staff
  • Genral Reception and Sales Staff
  • Bed and Breakfast and small hotel owners 

                   Reservation centre, ticket office, tourist attraction reception etc

How to access courses

You need to have joined TFA.

Once you have done this, you will be sent registration details.  You can then login and access the courses, and take as many as you like.  On successful completion, you will be able to print off a certificate.

Once you have done this, you will be sent registration details.  You can then access the courses, and as many of your staff as you wish can take them.  To establish a record of who is taking the training, you need to appoint a Training Administrator.

Training Administrators
Your Training Administrator needs to  register on this site, ensuring that they complete the Business information section towards the bottom of the form.

For large groups/organisations with a centralised personnel/training administration, once the official representative has registered, contact TFA on 01865 739653 to be upgraded to a Senior Training Administrator and provide a Company Code/Password. This can be any selection of letters or numbers with no spaces. You will then have access to details of your employees' results.

Staff of Corporate members
Ask your supervisor / manager if they have joined TFA and registered for TFA Training. If they have they will be able to issue you with a company code which you will need to enter along with your name on the Courses Login page.
